Francesca de Paolis is a highly motivated international business professional with experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, legal and commercial counseling, projects management and business development. She is an excellent negotiation, communication and team building skills, as well as ability to work in cross-cultural environment. Currently she works as Of Counsel at Studio Legale Salvatore De Paolis, and she is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Her tasks are providing legal services (including ADR) to foreign clients in matters involving Italian law (inbound services), and to Italian clients in matter involving foreign jurisdictions, mainly US market (outbound services). The Firm is based in Lecce, Italy. She was as International Case Manager at ICDR New York from 2008 to 2012, and a foreign counsel within Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, LLP in New york in 2012-2013. Previously, she worked as Counsel at Chamber of Arbitration of Milan (A special Agency of the Milan Chamber of Commerce) from 2004 to 2008.
